From the Pitch
to the Platform

My background isn't theory — it's years of doing the work. I came through the South Shields FC Academy on a three-year scholarship before earning a collegiate soccer scholarship in the United States — based just 30 minutes from New York City and travelling all over the north-east of America to compete, training at a high level day in, day out.

That world taught me what real preparation looks like: how to build strength that transfers, how to manage a body across a long season, and how discipline — not motivation — is what gets results. When I came back to Newcastle, I turned that into a craft, qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, finishing top of my cohort and earning Most Improved Student of the Year.

Now I coach the way I was coached as an athlete — with intent, structure and zero gimmicks. Whether you're chasing strength, a leaner physique, or simply want to feel capable again, I build the plan around you and your life, and I hold you to it.
